Refund Policy

Online Refunds
When we receive your return we will inspect the item to ensure compliance with our Returns policy. 

If your return exceeds the 14 day returns period, you will be issued with SJB store credit via your customer account which can be used online or in store. 

We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of return. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

Instore Refunds

Purchases made in-store have an exchange only policy made within 14 days. You may return in store and exchange on that day or be credited via QR code email. If your item is faulty we will review refunding the item.

Late or missing refunds
Sometimes it takes a few days for the refund to show in your account. If you believe the refund is late, please check your account and with your bank/credit card provider.

Return Shipping
To return your product [with order packing slip] send to:-

SJB Official, Unit 3, Stanley Square, Sale, Cheshire M33 7XZ. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service for your return item.
