POSTAGE

We can ship directly within the UK [not including Northern Ireland].

Sadly due to the introduction of GPSR regulations, it has become too complex for us to ship directly to Northern Ireland or Europe unless you can utilise a compliant alternative UK mail option.

When you place an order with us, we aim to despatch it within 3 working days (often sooner and occasionally the same day). Your goods should take 2-3 days to arrive.

All delivery timeframes are an estimation and very much dependant on the busyness of our chosen service.

Once orders have been fulfilled we are unable to amend or cancel your order.

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to an invalid address will incur a charge payable by the customer.
